Completed and Opened are assigned to weekly rows by event date. Completed uses Done/Merged completion date. Opened uses created date for survey rows; Year End Prep uses Jira filter 11336, with pre-existing active filter items anchored at the later of the finalyear baseline and the report trend start. List membership ignores when a label was added, so overlap is shown explicitly in Both.

Survey Related includes direct survey/feedback, grades and averages, absences, and Condica/staff attendance. Generic statistics, graduation certificates, documents, and non-specific end-year items stay outside Survey Related unless they also match those direct topics.

The report trend starts at the first visible week. Year End Prep comes from the current Jira filter 11336; the baseline is used only to place already-existing active filter items into the opened view.

Cumulative Progress

Each week group shows cumulative counts through that week for the active metric. Bars are side by side because Surveys Related and Year End Prep are membership counts, not exclusive buckets; Both is the overlap.

How the cumulative counts are computed:
  • For the active metric and filters, weeks are processed from W12 forward and each bar counts distinct Jira keys seen up to and including that week.
  • Unique total is every distinct readiness item whose metric event is in scope. For Completed, the event is resolution date while Done/Merged. For Opened, the event is created date.
  • Surveys Related adds a key when the item matches the survey/readiness topic classifier, such as absences, grades, condica, catalog/documents, school situation, conduct/student data, or annual reports.
  • Year End Prep adds a key when the item currently has the finalyear label. This is counted by current label membership, not by the date the label was added.
  • Both is the distinct-key overlap where an item is both survey/readiness-classified and tagged finalyear. Because the list counts are memberships, Surveys Related plus Year End Prep can be greater than Unique total.
